Mission

Provide patient friendly access to compassionate, high quality health care during armistice for our beneficiaries across the Korean peninsula while maintaining readiness to fight and win.

Vision

a. Healthcare that is the Pride of the Community.
b. Organization of Choice in which to Serve and Work.

The Soldier Centered Medical Home (SCMH)
All Carroll SCMH beneficiaries are assigned a Primary Care Manager (PCM) within our Carroll Medical Home Team. Your PCM is part of a team made up of a  nurse, medic and other ancillary staff. You are at the center of that team. Our Goal is to provide you with all the care that you might need in a single site. We offer most medical services that a Soldier might need. We will refer for specialty care. All regular services are available during business hours.
