What is the purpose of Sick Call?
What Sick Call is for
To triage and provide short-term management for acute conditions of less than 1 week duration.
What Sick Call is NOT for
Sick Call is NOT intended for any of the following:
- To renew prescription medication.
- To renew a temporary profile.
- To follow up on chronic conditions (of greater than 1 week duration).
- To request completion of administrative forms.
What if I have a Non-Urgent Concern?
Routine Appointments
Routine appointments may be scheduled through the central appointment line via DSN 737- CARE (2273) or Cell 0503-337-CARE (2273)
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
Soldiers are also encouraged to message their Primary Care Managers (PCMs) via the
MHS Genesis Patient Portal for the following:
- Renew prescription medication.
- Request completion of administrative forms that do not require an exam.
- Request assistance with appointment booking when the Central Appointment Line is unavailable.
