Immunizations at BDAACH are available by appointment only for routine immunizations

Location:

Family Immunizations: BDAACH PCMH, 1st floor of hospital 
Active Duty Only: Walk-in to either Maude Hall 2nd Floor or SGT Shin Woo Kim Clinic 

Hours:

Pediatric clinic hours: 8:20am - 11:30am; 1:00pm - 5:00pm
BDAACH Immunization hours: 8:30am - 11:00am; 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Maude Hall: 8:00am-11:00am; 1:00pm - 3:30pm
CLOSED: ALL locations on Thursday mornings from 8:00am - 12:00pm (Leader’s Time Training)

**For Active Duty Service Members only: The “One-Stop Building,” Maude Hall, has a walk-in immunization clinic on the 2^nd floor. Hours are: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri – 8:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm - 3:30 ; Thurs – 1:00pm - 3:30pm.  This method may be more adventitious if SMs are needing immunizations for MEDPROS (passes, leave, hit lists, etc.)

Routine childhood immunizations can be performed in concert with pediatric well child exams in the Pediatric clinic (pending availability of vaccine) 

For well child exams, schedule via Central Appointments (737-2273), MHS Genesis Patient Portal via Secure Messaging, and PCMH front desk
